These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the Idaho Quests ("Event") organized by Vampd Marketing ("we," "us," "our"). By registering and participating in this Event, you ("Participant") agree to these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before joining the Event.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants can be of any age, but any participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

1.2 Participation in the Event is voluntary, and each Participant assumes full responsibility for their actions and any risks involved.

2. Event Duration and Rules

2.1 Event Timeline

Each treasure hunt will last up to 28 days unless the treasure is found before the timeline expires.

2.2 Treasure Visibility

The treasure chest will always be partially visible above ground, and no shovel or digging is required to locate it. Participants should not disturb natural surroundings unnecessarily. The only digging that may be necessary is in situations involving snow.

2.3 Prize Redemption

The treasure found will contain instructions on how to claim the winnings. Cash, gift cards, and other prizes are not in the items hidden.

2.4 Winner Verification

Upon finding the treasure, the winner must follow the instructions that come with the finding of the treasure in order to verify the winner. We may request photo proof or photos to use on future promotions or our website.

2.5 Treasure Location

The treasure may be hidden within Idaho or neighboring states.

2.6 Rollover of Winnings

If the treasure is not found within the 28-day period, winnings may roll over to the next hunt.

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

3.1 Assumption of Risk

Participants assume all risks associated with participating in the Event, including but not limited to risks of personal injury, damage to property, and encounters with wildlife or adverse weather.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the Event. This includes damage to Participants’ vehicles, personal property, or any personal injury that may occur.

3.3 Property Damage

Participants must respect all private and public property boundaries and obtain necessary permissions if required. We are not responsible for damages to private property caused by Participants during the Event.

4. Privacy and Email Communications

4.1 Use of Personal Information

By participating, you consent to our collection and use of your email and other provided information for Event administration, promotional communications, and our email/text notifications.

4.2 Third-Party Advertising

Your contact information may be shared with local businesses for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to receive marketing and advertising emails from us and our business partners.

4.3 Opt-Out

You may unsubscribe from our emails/texts or marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our communications. Note that unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility for the Event. But unsubscribing from Quests+ will remove you from the additional benefits of Quests+

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants must behave respectfully toward other participants and refrain from interfering with anyone’s ability to participate fairly in the Event.

5.2 Participants must not damage or disrupt any natural environments, private properties, or public spaces.

6. Disqualification

6.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior deemed unsafe, destructive, or disruptive to the Event.

6.2 Any act of cheating, including tampering with the treasure chest or clues, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize claims.

7. Prize Distribution

7.1 Winners must contact us following the instructions in the clues/findings to claim their prize. We will distribute winnings within 7 days after verifying the claim.

7.2 We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable prize notifications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any disputes arising from this Agreement or the Event shall be handled within Idaho's jurisdiction.

By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
